Sensurround's Keto Recipes: Nyquist Chicken Tenderloins

You need:

6 chicken tenderloins
Parmesan cheese (grated works best)
Mayo (DO NOT use lowfat or miracle whip)

 

Smother each tenderloin in mayo, then shake parmesan cheese on top. 
Set oven for 375º
Cook for 15-20 minutes, or until the biggest piece is at 165º
